 VDR SUB-GROUP COMMUNITY MEETING at AOAC-DENVER 2019

  • TO IDENTIFY CRITERIA OF PERFORMANCE FOR MULTI-RESIDUE VET DRUGS METHODS THAT WOULD MEET THE NEEDS OF REGULATORS?  




Subgroup Processes


  • Get the current needs document completed.  
  • Send the documents and an introduction to all the people on   the Community list that indicated an interest in metals .
  • Ask each member to contribute their   "needs".
  • Send everyone one the new "needs" to get each person's   interest in each need.  
  • Prioritize the needs.
  • Get performance criteria for the first 1-3   priorities.  
  • Have call for methods.
  • Expert review of methods against performance   criteria.  
  •  Reach consensus from stakeholders [not sure who these   people are yet] on analytical approach/method.
  • Develop Single Laboratory Validation (SLV) protocol for each high   priority.  
  • Ask volunteers to perform SLV.
  • Publish SLV.
