2020 Attendees Cancellation and Refund policy:
Written cancellation request received by July 6, 2020, will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee. NO REFUND if cancellation request is received after July 6, 2020. Substitutions are preferred and welcomed.

During the meetings there will be multiple door prize opportunities - at the close of each morning and afternoon session (i.e. just before lunch and just prior to adjourning for the day).
You must be ON TIME at the beginning of each session to receive a ticket and BE PRESENT AT THE DRAWING TO WIN!

Lots of prizes make for lots of fun...
Every year we receive items from exhibitors, attendees, from the hotel, and we allocate about 50 cents from your meeting registration fee in order to purchase additional prizes.
Some individual attendees bring items from their agency or company to contribute to the pool. Examples include: specialty items or comestibles from their home state; t-shirts with agency / company logo; retail items from their company; gift certificates; etc.
Please consider making a contribution to our door prize pool. We would be happy to furnish you with a receipt upon request. Receipts would be available at the meeting.
To donate an item, simply bring it with you to the meeting, and give it to a staff person at the registration table. Attach a business card so that we can announce who made the donation.
