We invite your company to join us as an exhibitor at the upcoming North American Chemical Residue Workshop. There is a limited number of exhibit space and we do expect to sell out quickly. The cost for a 10’x8’ exhibit space starts at $1,000 for an inline booth and $1,200 for a corner booth, and includes one (1) complimentary registration.
The Exhibit Program will be held in the Caribbean Ballroom, 1st level of the hotel. The exhibit hall is two levels down from the conference's general sessions. Mid-Morning and afternoon coffee breaks as well as a Welcome Reception which will take place on Sunday, July 14, will be held in the exhibit hall to ensure maximum exposure for your company. The reception gives you a chance to introduce yourself and have attendees stop by your booth. If you are interested, there are two sponsorships available for the Welcome Reception where you provide specialty drink tickets to attendees. The exhibit hall will officially open on Monday morning, July 15 and will adjourn on Wednesday, July 17 at 12 noon.

A 50 % refund if written cancellation request is received by June 24, 2024. NO REFUND if cancellation request received after June 24, 2024.
Door Prizes!!!
As we get closer to the conference, we will be asking exhibitors and sponsors if they would like to donate door prizes for drawings during the conference. There will be multiple door prize opportunities - at the close of each morning and afternoon session (i.e. just before lunch and just prior to adjourning for the day).
