We invite your company to join us as an exhibitor at the upcoming North American Chemical Residue Workshop. There is a limited number of exhibit space and we do expect to sell out quickly. The cost for a 10’x10’ exhibit space starts at $1,000 and includes one (1) complimentary registration. Exhibit booths will vary on price dependent upon the booth location in the exhibit hall. There are a few 10'x20' booths as well.
The Exhibit Program will be held in the Royal Palm Ballroom, which is adjacent to the meeting room for the general session each day, with morning and afternoon coffee breaks as well as a Welcome Reception which will take place on Sunday, July 21 in the exhibit hall to insure maximum exposure for your company. The reception gives you a chance to introduce yourself and have attendees stop by your booth.
The exhibit hall will officially open on Monday morning, July 22 and will adjourn on Wednesday, July 24 at 12 noon.
Cost: $1,000 - $2,650
(dependent on booth location and booth size, there are a few 10'x20' booths)
each 10' x 10' booth, includes 1 complimentary registration
each 10'x20' booths include 2 complimentary registrations

2019 Exhibitor Cancellation and Refund policy
A 50 % refund if written cancellation request is received by June 28, 2019. NO REFUND if cancellation request received after June 28, 2019.
NACRW is offering sponsorship opportunities to enhance the overall event for attendees and deliver the highest-profile attention to your company before, during and after the meeting. Don’t miss this investment opportunity to position your company in front of decision‐makers. Our goal is to make the conference affordable and accessible to as many attendees as possible. During the meetings there will be multiple door prize opportunities - at the close of each morning and afternoon session (i.e. just before lunch and just prior to adjourning for the day).

Please consider making a contribution to our door prize pool. You can indicate if you will be contributing a door prize during your exhibit registration.
Seven Vendor Seminars time slots are available to 2019 Exhibitors. The costs are $1,700 for evening and morning seminars and $2,200 for luncheon seminars. Assignment of these seminars are on a first-come, first-serve basis and sign-up for these slots will take place in late February or early March 2019. An email will be sent to all registered exhibitors notifying them of the date and process.
There will also be offered 3 concurrent user meetings on Thursday, July 25 for exhibitors. The cost is $200 and the times for selection are 7:30 am and 10:30 am
